"I'd been with USAA for 39 years in two different states. Today was the first time I've ever left them completely. I was tired of having 4 different companies involved. My homeowners with USAA but my wind, hail and storm with Citizens. Then Citizens forced flood insurance on us (although not in a flood zone) and that was through Neptune but quickly changed to Southern Oaks. Vehicles were with USAA Auto but the motorcycles and golf cart were Progressive. Logging on to 3 different websites was annoying as well as being transferred on the phone. I moved everything to State Farm here in Latitude Landings except the 2 motorcycles (progressive still wins there) and am now saving $1,418 a year for the same coverage and no forced flood insurance just to have wind, hail and storm. I know insurance is all a big game and State Farm will most likely go up too but right now that's a huge difference in premiums. Josh, my agent was very efficient and helpful through the whole quoting and signing process."
