"Poor Business Conduct I was paying $150 with GEICO before switching to STATEFARM. You offered me a bundled rate with my renters insurance for $130, which sounded great, so I made the switch. Then, just a few days later, I was told there had been a mistake and my new rate would actually be around $220. Because of this, I had to go back to GEICO, where I’m now paying $180. So not only did I waste my time, but I also ended up paying more because of your error. Honestly, this feels like very poor business conduct and a frustrating experience overall."

"I have been a customer since May 2024. I have an auto and 2 motorcycle policies with State Farm that I got through this office. I like the yearly premiums divided monthly, paid directly from my credit card and without additional fees. I recently walked into the office soon before closing to ask a few questions regarding the first State Farm claim that I was going to put in for an emergency tow I needed on my motorcycle. I was apprehensive about whatever necessary documentation I was going to be required to complete >approval,ect. Cindy said, give me your receipts and come back tomorrow afternoon and we'll have a check for you. I was like, Huh? Really? Ok,Wow...The next morning Mary Ann called me before 9am and said, "Checks in the mail"...More, Huh? Really? Ok, Wow...3 days later the check was in my box...More, Really? Ok,Wow...Thank you Cindy and Mary Ann."

"Been with Cindy for 10 years, called 5 times can’t get a call back so I went to the office at 11:30 and they closed 30 minutes early for lunch, super inconvenient when I can’t get a call back and when I show up to the office when they are supposed to be open they closed early"

"I have been a customer of Cindy's for 10 years or more. Within this year, 2025, State Farm has canceled two of my policies. These actions by State Farm have caused me great distress by having to search for a new insurance company in such a hurry. I am 82 years old and within my 70 plus years of driving and owning a home I have never had a policy canceled by any previous insurance companies I have used. I have given such a low rating due to the lack of personal communication that I expected after being a customer for 10 or more years. Where did the Customer Service go to?"
